Following the successful completion of their four-month internship programme, the 2025 C4C Fellows returned to continue their learning journey through the second phase of the fellowship programme.The fellows participated in the Second Capacity Building Workshop, where they engaged in intensive learning sessions designed to strengthen their leadership, professional, and entrepreneurial skills. The workshop provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their internship experiences, share key lessons learned, and gain additional knowledge that will enhance their impact in their various fields.This phase of the programme reinforced C4C’s commitment to developing young leaders and changemakers by equipping fellows with the practical skills, networks, and resources needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities and drive sustainable development.As the fellowship progressed, participants remained committed to applying the knowledge and experiences gained through both the internship and capacity-building activities to create positive change and lasting impact.
