Reliving the Moments from the Graduation Ceremony of the 2021 Batch of C4C-Seplat Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program

We have done it again!!!

On February 11th, 2022, we successfully graduated the third batch of Fellows for the C4C Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Programme. Another fifteen (15) young entrepreneurs were trained, inspired, motivated, and empowered to find their niche in society and use their skills and talents in improving their societies/countries and indeed the world.

After an intense one-year program filled with training and capacity-building workshops, internships, and business clinic sessions, we ended the 2021 program with a grand graduation ceremony.

Truly, what a nostalgic and memorable moment it was.

The C4C Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Programme is a 12-month programme that trains and supports batches of young entrepreneurs and helps them significantly increase their chances of starting and maintaining profitable businesses.

Since the launch of the C4C Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Programme in 2018, we have successfully trained and supported two batches of fifteen entrepreneurs each, and now we celebrate the graduation of the third batch of Fellows. Inspirational young Nigerians who have demonstrated skill, innovation, passion and grit, regardless of the challenges of building a sustainable business in Nigeria today.

The graduation ceremony commenced with a Welcome Address by Dr. Kechi Ogbuagu – Founder/CEO Conversations For Change (C4C), and remarks from the Director, External Affairs & Sustainability, Seplat Energy Plc. – Dr. Chioma Nwachuku.

We also had remarks by the C4C Board of Trustees, Club 12, UNFPA Nigeria, Alumni of the programme and others partners of the organization.

The event, which was highly attended, had the following distinguished guests in attendance-

•            Ms. Carol Ndaguba OON - Member, C4C Board of Trustees and President, Club 12,

•            Distinguished Members of Club 12 – a Non-Profit Social Association; made up of remarkable ladies retired from long and distinguished careers in national or international service, in their respective fields of professional expertise

•            Dr. Babatunde Adelekan - the Programme Analyst for Adolescent and Youth, UNFPA Nigeria

•            Renowned Entrepreneurs and CEOs of businesses in Abuja who have partnered with Conversations For Change (C4C) during the course of the programme.

The graduating fellows had the opportunity to exhibit their products/businesses to the guests and certificates were also presented to each of them.

The 2021 batch of graduating fellows are: Moyinoluwa Ajibulu, Ruke Ejegreh, Yemisi Olarewaju, Aisha Ahmed, Indira Orbih, Ruth Edeh, John Tokula, Rachael Bob, Elizabeth Nyong, Augustine Samson Tsaku, Joel Glory, Nkiru Agbarah, Anefu Lilian, Jude Elayo and Ene Adah.

Yes, we did it again! But definitely not alone.

We achieved yet another feat with the support of incredible partners such as Seplat Energy Plc and Club 12.

We are continually grateful for their support and look forward to more successes together in 2022, as we begin the selection of the 2022 batch of Fellows.

Without a doubt, we are changing the world, one young person at a time.
