The Conversations4Change (C4C) 2026 Fellowship has entered a new and exciting phase as the 25 selected fellows officially commenced their 4-month internship on 15 June 2026, which will run until 15 September 2026.

This stage of the fellowship marks a significant transition from structured learning into practical, real-world experience. After completing their initial capacity-building workshops and foundational training sessions, the fellows are now stepping into professional environments aligned with their respective business interests and career paths.

The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real business operations, allowing fellows to deepen their understanding of how enterprises function in practice. Through this experience, they will gain valuable insights into business management, innovation, customer engagement, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational challenges.

Working alongside experienced professionals and industry mentors, the fellows will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge while developing new skills that will strengthen their entrepreneurial journey. This phase is not only about learning but also about building confidence, resilience, and practical competence.
