The 2026 Conversations4Change (C4C) Fellowship hastily took off with Interview and Selection on a strong and inspiring note with the successful completion of its first capacity building workshop.

This session brought together the 25 selected fellows for an intensive and interactive learning experience designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial journey. The workshop focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge, strengthening their mindset, and deepening their understanding of building sustainable and impactful enterprises.

Throughout the session, fellows engaged in discussions and hands-on activities covering key areas such as leadership development, problem-solving, business model clarity, innovation, and impact-driven entrepreneurship. The environment was highly engaging, with participants actively sharing ideas, learning from one another, and gaining clarity on their entrepreneurial goals.

Facilitators provided real-world insights and guidance to help the fellows better understand how to navigate challenges, build resilient businesses, and create value within their communities. The energy and commitment displayed by the cohort reflected a strong readiness to grow, collaborate, and drive meaningful change.

This first workshop has laid a solid foundation for the rest of the fellowship journey, building confidence, connection, and direction among the participants.
