The Rise of Entrepreneurial Giants: Highlights from the 2023 Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program's Second Capacity-Building Workshop

We've achieved it once again!

We successfully graduated the Fifth Batch of Fellows for the Conversations for Change (C4C) Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Programme on December 6, 2023. An additional Twenty-three (23) young entrepreneurs received empowerment in the form of - training, inspiration, motivation, and equipment provision to help them carve out a place in society and use their abilities to better their communities, nations, and even the entire globe. We concluded the 2023 programme with a spectacular graduation celebration following a rigorous year of training and capacity-building seminars, internships, and business clinic sessions.

What a sentimental and unforgettable moment it was.

A 12-month initiative called the C4C Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship helps young people become better entrepreneurs by training and supporting them, greatly increasing their chances of launching and running successful enterprises.

Since the beginning of the C4C Global Entrepreneurship Fellowship Programme in 2018 we have successfully graduated 75 fellows across five different Batches

The graduation ceremony began with a welcome address by Dr. Kechi Ogbuagu, Founder/CEO of Conversations For Change (C4C), and remarks from the Director of External Affairs Seplat Energy Plc, Dr. Chioma Afe. We also had remarks from Ms. Carol Ndaguba OON, Member of the C4C Board of Trustees C4C, Pharm. Chika Ugwuoke, the Commissioner of Labour and Employment Enugu State, President of Club 12, Alumni of the programme, and other partners of the organisation.

The event was also graced by awesome performances by Frank The Tenor and Mrs Ifeoma Nwaoduah.

Distinguished visitors in attendance at the well-attended event included the following:

• Prominent Members of Club 12, a Non-Profit Social Association composed of exceptional women who have retired from lengthy and illustrious careers in their particular fields of professional specialisation, either nationally or internationally

• Well-known company owners and CEOs from Abuja who have partnered with Conversations For Change (C4C) throughout the initiative.

The departing fellows were given awards and given the chance to showcase their products to the attendees.

With the help of amazing partners like Seplat Energy Plc and Club 12, we accomplished another milestone.

As we start the process of choosing the class of 2024 Fellows, we remain incredibly appreciative of their continued support and anticipate further triumphs in cooperation with them in 2024.
