This session brought together the 25 selected fellows for an intensive and interactive learning experience designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial journey. The workshop focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge, strengthening their mindset, and deepening their understanding of building sustainable and impactful enterprises.
Throughout the session, fellows engaged in discussions and hands-on activities covering key areas such as leadership development, problem-solving, business model clarity, innovation, and impact-driven entrepreneurship. The environment was highly engaging, with participants actively sharing ideas, learning from one another, and gaining clarity on their entrepreneurial goals.
The 2026 Conversations4Change (C4C) fellowship programme has officially commenced, marking the beginning of another exciting year of impact, learning, and entrepreneurial growth.
Following the opening of the application portal, we received a remarkable number of applications from passionate and driven young entrepreneurs eager to be part of this transformative journey. After a rigorous and highly competitive screening process, 25 outstanding fellows were carefully selected based on their potential, vision, and commitment to building sustainable solutions within their communities.
Conversations4Change (C4C) proudly celebrated the graduation of its 2025 Fellows on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, at Brookville Hotel & Suite, Gaduwa, Abuja. The ceremony marked the successful completion of a transformative fellowship programme designed to equip young leaders and changemakers with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to drive sustainable impact in their communities.
Following the successful completion of their four-month internship programme, the 2025 C4C Fellows returned to continue their learning journey through the second phase of the fellowship programme.The fellows participated in the Second Capacity Building Workshop, where they engaged in intensive learning sessions designed to strengthen their leadership, professional, and entrepreneurial skills. The workshop provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their internship experiences, share key lessons learned, and gain additional knowledge that will enhance their impact in their various fields.
We are excited to share the success of our first one-week capacity-building workshop, designed to equip our fellows with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and grow their businesses in today’s challenging economic climate.
Throughout the week, our experienced facilitators delivered engaging and insightful sessions covering key areas such as business management, financial planning, leadership, and resilience strategies. The lectures were not only informative but also interactive, allowing fellows to learn practical solutions they can apply immediately in their businesses.
